Lou Amatucci is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and father whose work centers on helping families build strength, clarity, and lasting connection. After decades advising business owners, executives, and families, he came to see a pattern: the same forces that weaken companies — fragmentation, distraction, and loss of shared values — are quietly dismantling modern families as well.
As a corporate and securities attorney, Amatucci spent more than twenty years guiding people through high-stakes decisions, crises, and turning points. Along the way, he became a close observer of human behavior, fatherhood, and the values that allow children to grow into capable, grounded adults. His writing blends the logic of a strategist with the heart of a parent, offering a modern framework for raising children who stay close, act with integrity, and build meaningful lives.
His books are designed for parents, young adults, and high-achieving families who want to strengthen their family culture and resist the pressures of a world that often pushes children toward fragmentation, impulsivity, and conformity. With a voice that is direct, thoughtful, and deeply personal, Amatucci speaks not only as a writer but as a father who is walking the same road as his readers.
He holds degrees in engineering, behavioral science, and law from Dartmouth College, NYU–Polytechnic, and the University of Illinois College of Law, and is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York.
Lou lives in Illinois with his wife and two children, where nearly every idea in his books is tested at the dinner table before it ever reaches the page.
Frank Constant is a business leader, writer, and father whose work centers on helping families build stronger relationships, clearer values, and lasting connection. After nearly five decades of marriage and raising two adult children, he has seen what allows families to stay close—and what slowly pulls them apart. His mission is to help fathers lead their homes with purpose, steadiness, and presence.
Constant’s career spans multiple industries. He began in the grocery business, rising to store director for one of Chicagoland’s major supermarket chains. He later founded a real estate investment company that grew to assets across five states, where he served as chief operating officer and led a staff of nearly fifty people. Today, he is vice president of legal services at a securities-focused law firm, advising business owners and professionals through major decisions and transitions.
A lifelong communicator, Constant majored in journalism in college and went on to write and perform more than 120 one-man dramas at his church. He has published numerous poems and creative works, blending clarity, storytelling, and a deep interest in the emotional and spiritual life of families.
Frank has coached youth sports, served actively in his church, and is known for practicing “being unbothered”—a calm, grounded approach to leadership and fatherhood that shapes the climate of a home. His writing in the High Achieving Father™ Series reflects the practicality of a business operator, the insight of a coach, and the voice of someone who has lived the principles he teaches.
Frank lives in Illinois with his wife of 48 years. Their two adult children and grandchildren remain at the center of his life and work.
